IEC Server is a software application developed to simulate Server side of Systems using a telecontrol message Protocol specified in the IEC 60870-5. This Protocol is often used in SCADA Systems for Information transfer between the RTU Device and SCADA center.
With this application you can simulate certain IEC Types Manuel or you can configure Automatic simulation in cyclic periods. You can also configure reactions on receiving control Types.
